This guide has been created to help you understand and compare the colours within The Base Colour collection as accurately as possible. Every shade includes its colour description, suggested uses, finish and undertone so you can more easily distinguish between similar shades. Colour can be difficult to judge from photographs alone. Lighting, camera settings and individual screen displays can all affect how a shade appears online. For the most accurate colour reference, use the physical Tayla-Made colour chart. The colour cap on every Base Colour bottle is painted with the actual gel from inside that bottle, giving you an accurate physical reference when selecting shades. Use this guide alongside the colour chart and the colour description shown in each website product listing when choosing your shade. A note on digital colour Website photographs are intended to represent each shade as closely as possible, but they should not be relied upon as the sole reference for exact colour.
