Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products. This includes all nail products, make up and beauty products, and accessories. Once a product has been purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but please understand that we have this policy in place to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety and quality control for all of our customers.
We understand that sometimes a product may arrive damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will do our best to resolve the issue and replace the damaged or defective product.
